When you go out for party

1. Before going out, have some salad or some snacks like-roasted namkeen,bhel etc.
2. While eating out avoid the gravy stuff, instead try to have something that is roasted or grilled. If there is no or very few choices, have only the pieces from gravy.
3. Drink atleast 2 glasses of water before stepping out. It will help you avoid over eating and makes you feel full.
